Stop guessing how your brain is doing.

Connectome measures cognitive flexibility, attention, and working memory with research-grade brain imaging, then connects the results to your sleep, training, and recovery so you know what's actually moving the needle.

What we measure

The cognitive functions that shape your day.

Standard cognitive tests show you a score. Connectome shows you the brain activity underneath, so you know whether you actually got better, or just got better at the test. Three core functions, measured directly, tracked against your own baseline over time.

01 / 03

Cognitive Flexibility

The mental shift you make a hundred times a day.

Changing tasks. Adapting to new information. Breaking out of fixed patterns. Cognitive flexibility is the muscle that lets you do all three without losing the thread.

Measured via cortical activation during task-switching paradigms.

Attentional Control

Two hours in. Phone face down. Still locked in.

Your ability to focus on what matters and filter out what doesn't, then recover quickly when something pulls you away.

Measured via sustained attention paradigms with controlled distractors.

Working Memory

Holding three things at once. Then four. Then five.

The brain's scratchpad for active information — the meeting agenda, your kid's question, the email you're drafting, all at once.

Measured via n-back paradigms tracking cortical load patterns.

Each scan also captures processing speed, response inhibition, and additional executive function markers. Figures shown are illustrative.

Our wedge

Your brain, against your brain. Not someone else's.

Population averages don't tell you whether you are improving. Connectome starts with three scans to build a reliable personal baseline — one scan alone is too noisy to trust. Every scan after that measures change against the only comparison that matters: yourself.

That's how you find out what's actually working.

Your baseline over time

Wearables, connected

Your sleep, training, and recovery. Already tracked.

Connect in two taps. Connectome pulls in your sleep stages, HRV, training load, and recovery scores alongside your scans, then surfaces the patterns between them.

Your data, yours. Export to any longevity platform, coach, or doctor at any time.

Your data, in conversation

A platform that knows your scans, your habits, and your goals.

Ask anything. Connectome cross-references your scans, wearables, and history to surface the patterns. The decisions stay yours.

Illustrative examples. Connectome is a research platform and does not provide medical advice.

You asked
"Why does my working memory feel worse this month?"
Connectome
Working memory is 11% below your baseline. Deep sleep dropped 18% over the same period (Oura). The shift began two scans ago — the same week morning training started.
You asked
"Has the change to morning training shown up in my data?"
Connectome
Cognitive flexibility is 8% above your baseline across the weeks you trained mornings. Attention has held steady. Working memory is unchanged.
You asked
"Has my new supplement made a measurable difference?"
Connectome
Four weeks in: working memory, attention, and flexibility are within 2% of your baseline. Wearable metrics are stable. No measurable change to date.

The Science

Research-grade measurement, now in practice.

Connectome is built on the LUCID study, conducted with Imperial College London. We use time-domain functional near-infrared spectroscopy to measure cortical activation directly, non-invasively, and comfortably.

The methodology is peer-reviewed and shows test-retest reliability of ICC 0.70 across 193 scans. Reliable enough to detect real change in you, not noise.
